Shipping & Returns

Shipping cutoffs, tracking, and the Sozo Peptides return policy for research materials.

Same-day shipping cutoff

All orders placed and paid before 11:00 AM Central will be shipped out that day. Orders received after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

Tracking

When your order is marked fulfilled, tracking information is attached to the order and visible in your account. You will also receive the carrier and tracking number by email.

Handling and storage

Lyophilized material is shipped sealed and stable at ambient temperature for transit. On receipt, store according to the product page guidance to preserve integrity.

Returns

Because these are research materials, opened or used vials cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will replace or refund the affected items.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are marked as printed for fulfillment, subject to the 11:00 AM Central edit window.
